Nutrition Suggestions

One of the biggest hurdles in my life was nutrition, either too much or too little, and a complete lack of understanding of what to do for the best so I wanted to share here the meals and plans that I and my wife have used to finally achieve our goals.

Chilli Garlic Burgers with Broccoli and Green Beans

  • 5 % Fat lean minced beef – 150 grams
  • Green Beans – 80 grams
  • Broccoli – 80 grams
  • Fresh garlic – Quarter Clove per Burger
  • Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp


Take the Garlic Clove and chop very fine, mix this with a teaspoon of dried Chilli Flakes and add to 150 Grams of Lean Minced Beef, I have used 5 % as it is the lowest we can get, this can also be substituted with Turkey mince if even lower fat is desired, once thoroughly mixed with the minced beef, take out and using either a Burger press or form the Burger by hand and put into a pan on a medium heat, I prefer to cook the Broccoli and Green Beans in the Microwave but boiled or steamed is equally good if a little less convenient.
