The one thing that means we will all fail

Ok, so loads of us all trawl the internet day in and day out trying desperately to make enough money to get out of the rat race and live a happy secure life.

Problem is we are all kidding ourselves, what actually happens is we all start following each other and it ends up with the blind leading the blind.

Take this post for instance, I now have over 520 followers but it will get twenty views at best, and probably 100 likes, I challenge you to leave a comment or read it through to here, because if you think it through if you don’t read this why would you think people would read yours?

If I could go back to the beginning, so read this and do this first.

As we have made further and further changes to our business model and website we have started to feel like we are just getting closer and closer to where we should have started from.

What I mean by this is that the branding we have adopted and the changes that were made would have been better at the beginning as opposed to now where it could just lead to brand confusion.

Our pricing structure was way off as I said in my previous post earlier today.

What has this lead to?

The truth is that it has become so twisted that I have to actually take the website down tomorrow night to make the changes such is the scale of the difference.

This as I am sure you can imagine is not ideal and is completely our fault for not planning well enough, this is a little bit of a rehash of the earlier post but I feel it is of major importance.

  1. DO YOUR RESEARCH WHEN IT DOESNT COST MONEY, when it is done after it can cost money at best and possibly your business through loss of confidence at worst
  2. MARKETING BUDGETS ARE A LOT HIGHER THAN YOI IMAGINE, you cannot operate a significant marketing campaign with less than a couple of k at least.
  3. ONLY LAUNCH WHEN YOU ARE READY, we tell children to not rush across a road when crossing as there is more chance they will trip, same here you are walking into a crowded motorway (highway) and if you rush you will stumble and if you dont get up quick enough you will get squashed.

That really is it for now, please plan before you start losing money, plan now and succeed tomorrow.

Everything we have had to change and still no sales!!!!!

As we go further and further into the rabbit hole I am starting to wonder if we are cursed or did we really just get it this wrong? you see we have had to change so many things after a rethink so here is everything we have had to change as we have had zero sales.

Paid Ads

This is the AD that was run.

OK, so paid AD’s the holy grail right ? no not if you get it wrong it would seem, this ad cost us £100 for a week and reached over 200k people, all within our target range and all with fitness as an interest one way or another, and the store sessions increased exponentially, but no sales.

Personally I do not see what is really wrong with the advert, it has the products prominent it has a logo that is memorable and it is all very in keeping with the style of business, but still nothing.

The lesson here is not clear, after all was the advert bad? or simply is the web page unable to convert visitors into buyers?

Sales Funnel

So the conventional wisdom is that when they get to the landing page it should entice them to move further down the sales funnel and buy, but this just did no happen, the bounce rate initially was bloody terrible, it did improve with the re-design of the site but still not much, and obviously not enough to garner any sales.

Lesson here really is, if you are going to pay for advertising then you have to make sure that everything, and I do mean everything is ready for the customer at the other end because if you don’t then you are simply giving money to Zuckerberg and he has enough.

Thinking you have enough money.

If you have, then this blog is the last thing you would be reading so I am on safe ground, and listen, it is not an insult to say you haven’t got enough money to launch a product the best way, it just is, the best way to launch a product is to throw a lot of money at it, big advert budget, big budget to create the advert in the first place, and endorsements from people that others follow or look up to.

Unknown Brand and Pricing.

Basically we fell into the trap of looking at what competitors were selling their stuff for and thought that as long as we were a little cheaper or the same price that would be enough, it is not,

The Brand is completely unknown, and to be fair the world is a changing place and celebrity now is more about how many followers you have as opposed to how much money your last movie made,

So you need to get the product into the hands of somebody that people listen to, again with the right budget the world is your oyster as social media has meant that people are following and listening to lots and lots of people that otherwise nobody would ever know, and like lemmings they will follow these people and listen to them no matter what.

The Two Ways to Make a Brand Successful, In my Opinion.

Money

You need money, the internet is the place where money for advertising goes a lot further than it used to, what mean by this is that you have to realise every part of your business that a customer sees is advertising, if you have a really good dynamic website that is all part of it, in fact you can build a Knightsbridge storefront with very little money these days as everybody is racing to the bottom as they try and outdo each other on price.

Be Cheaper

Don’t over price your products, I mean you should make sure that you are making a profit, after all if all you make is a loss then the business is not a business it is just a really expensive hobby, that will ultimately fail, aim for around 15% on each item if you are selling in a crowded market.

So the Conclusion

We are literally taking down the site this weekend (time of writing) and re-working prices to try and get some sales, for the record here are some of the things we have tried that have not worked.

  1. Discounts – No matter how much we discounted it didn’t matter, people don’t give a shit about a name they do not know.
  2. Free Postage and Packing – see point 1.
  3. Contacting “Influencers” on Instagram – They don’t even get back to you, this is because (I suspect) they have never heard of the brand, so they will want to be paid.
  4. Getting Followers on Instagram – I only have 250 so that is no good, we will see how that goes if it builds up.

The Plan

So the plan is simple, not to give up, we will make the changes and see where that takes us, the key appears to be brand popularity, and that is what we are going to go for after removing Free P&P, it never worked, dropping prices to lower than big name brands, and attempt to get some involvement from influencers.

But we will keep on going, and I will not stop until I see a six figure income, and at that point I still won’t stop I will just pay somebody else to do the work for me.

You are everything at first !!

I wanted to point out some of things that are missed by the Guru’s, you are everything at first, and what I mean by that is that you are marketing, sales, picking/packing customer relations, social media, and purchasing, the buck really does stop with you.

You are probably thinking YAWN I know!

But unless you are doing it you don’t know, listen the fact of the matter is, unless you can have all your products sold through Amazon Fulfillment Which cost a fortune in stock initially,

You will have to be the person that is responsible for purchasing marketing picking packing and selling,  the problem this presents is never addressed in any of these marketing Guru videos, these millionaires telling you how they did it and how you should be doing it, and the people that are apparently making $10,000 a second from selling rubber dog poop,

My working days have extended from the 10 hours daytime working, to around 18 hours on an average day and that’s 7 days a week,  this is because there is no start your site and become a millionaire, there is no no fast track to getting your goods to the top of the Google search engine,  and although shopify YouTube all these are brilliant places to sell Amazon is fantastic you’ve got to bear in mind that you are there with hundreds of thousands of others all trying to do exactly the same thing.

The history of life has always been written by the winners,  and ultimately the winners in life have always been the people that have got the largest amount of resource,  as much as nobody wants to hear it and as much as it would be lovely if it wasn’t the case, the fact is that resource equals directly the amount of money you have to spend, this isn’t a myth this isn’t me being all upset and sad and bitter that I haven’t sold a million protein powders and now I’ve got a Bentley in a big house and we never have to worry about money again, it’s literally a fact, when you look into the background of a lot of these gurus (as I have said before), normally it is the case that “when I started this business all I had was a dream and 3 million dollars”..

YOU CAN MAKE IT!

But you can make it, the internet as I’ve said many times before, is still a very very fertile Goldmine,  the only reason I have made this particular post, is because it has come as a huge shock to me just how much time this is taking, unless you have a lot of money to invest, the best thing you can do is just accept that for the next 12 to 18 months you’re going to see hardly anything of anybody.

The one comfort you can take is the fact that the vast majority of people that started at the same time as you, will give up before that time, they just will the amount of times I have sat here and so I can’t be bothered if this is literally going nowhere, and nearly given up, is difficult to count, just do what I do always remind yourself why you started in the first place, and actually the further into it you go the further into that reason you wonder, what I mean by this is that you will start to distance yourself from the people around you, they normally the people that you started doing this for, financial freedom is generally to benefit our family,  and these are the ones you’re going to miss during this 12 to 18 months.

So as a final reminder, Work hard realised that it’s going to be hard work but keep going because the rewards are going to be there, this is the only place where the little guy or girl can compete with the big guys and girls with the big budgets we just need a little more patience.

Hey Hey Progress update – read all about what I screwed up this time!

So I have sold something, no not my soul, although if there are any takers (Mega Lolz).

No I actually sold a product, 2 to be precise, and have learned a lot since I last posted, these were hard lessons for me and to be fair they probably won’t be that easy to hear, but if successful you can drown your sorrows in piles of cash!

Harsh Lessons In List Form.

  1. You are not the magical marketer you think you are, unless you are selling products so quick you can’t pack them, something is wrong, I didn’t know S**t as it turned out and that is why my marketing sucked, stop, take a good look at the competition and work out what they are doing.
  2. Just because you would buy product from yourself doesn’t mean anybody else will, this little fact was very harsh, I thought I was great but no, I had to spend time learning what people actually wanted.
  3. Nobody is going to help you unless there is something in it for them, OK not everybody but most, after all every post I do provides a linkback to my shop so even I am not doing this for free!
  4. There are a million ways to skin a cat, but only one way to get noticed in a sea of people all trying to make money online, shout louder than them, but don’t spam as it will damage you beyond recognition.
  5. Instagram is good, but you need numbers, sorry but the 500 followers you have don’t mean s**t, take a moment to look up Gary Vee on the subject, I did and followed his advice and started growing users exponentially, still not rich though! bummer hey?
  6. Don’t whatever you do give up, I work 18 to 20 hours a day and haven’t made a cent, but I have hope and with hope anything is possible.

Conclusion

So there it is, all I have learned in the past week, harsh lessons but valuable, keep trying, don’t lean on anybody cos they will buckle, and make your business a success!

Marketing and shopify

Given the new format I am embracing, I wanted to just give a quick heads up about marketing and shopify.

You see one thing that you should be aware of is, if you need to make a significant change to say your google channel on shopify it will most likely take out your facebook settings too.

You can see, I am sure how much of a disaster this could be if it went unnoticed, make sure you check each time you change something significant because it may just take out something else.

I will keep updating with tips as I go, hope this helps somebody.

Progress short and sweet – read on

Ok so from now on I am going to keep these post really very short and sweet for a couple of reasons.

The first is simply that I am not convinced that anybody actually reads the lengthy posts that go into detail, preferring instead to read posts going over the same tired old ideas of how to make a successful blog by doing nothing but holding an audience.

Instead of this my plan is to simply continue on the path I was on before which is to try and help people that are trying to make money online to do just that by avoiding all the pitfalls that we make while launching our supplement company .

Shopify So far

Well we haven’t sold a goddamn thing! this is not shopify’s fault however so a couple of things that are far more important than you give them credit for are.

Bounce Rate

Holy Moly this one is a nightmare, being successful online is never going to happen while this number is high, pay really close attention to the design of your website to make sure that people stay on it.

Tutorials

Are you too busy to use the tutorials that are on the site? then you are too busy to make money online simple!

Don’t waste traffic

We did and it really stresses me out, after generating traffic to the shop we left it til the traffic dropped off before asking why nobody was buying.

If you knew it all you’d be rich

If something doesn’t make sense ask for god’s sake, in this instance I cannot praise Shopify enough, they have helped me through every issue I have had from the really counter intuitive right through to the down right idiotic fat fingered mistake.

Google is a tool, not your friend, Read on!

I have been as guilty as some of claiming all the time that Google is your friend, and in some respects it is, but crucially not in this case, and I will explain why, and at the same time try and convince would be entrepreneurs to stop using ad blockers when they are surfing the internet and other peoples blog posts on this subject, so without further ado if you want to know why I think google is a tool and not your friend, read on.

Google is the tool you need

No doubt about it, if you want to stand a chance of getting your products out there and start selling then you have to master google, that is where the vast majority of customers will find out about your products, and of course we all want to be on the first page results of a google search.

The problem comes in when you try to comply with Google’s requirements, to draw a parallel, have you ever sat at a computer and it has failed to do something and given you an “unspecified error” or simply say “oops, something went wrong” well this appears to be the case when setting up the Shopify channels to Google,

Now it is possible that the implementation of the channel is at issue and to be honest I currently have a support ticket open with them, to investigate this.

But for now rest assured that google is a beast that will need to be tamed if you want to make a success of any of your endeavours.

The problem with Google

Ok so, speaking specifically about my issue with Google and the potential for frustration is that I have complied with all the requirements for my store in order to be able to use the free version of Google’s product sync service (one has to wonder if I would be facing the same issue with the paid service) and the message I am getting is that Google has notice my site does not comply with the terms of service.

I have no idea what this could be, frankly I have been over the site with a fine tooth comb and there are only a handful of requirements to fulfill.

These Are

  1. Add a Valid Payment Provider, so you have to remove the dummy gateway that is used for testing purposes.
  2. Create the store, not sure why this is second as really it would be only possible to complete the above if you had completed this step.
  3. Confirm that there is a refund policy on the site, now we have refunds included with our terms of service, I am thinking as I write this that perhaps as this has been an almost instant message that the initial crawl is definitely a bot, this means potentially that I need to add a page titled refund policy or at least signify a section using an HTML header for the bot to see, I will do this and update the post to reflect the results.
  4. Confirm that payment providers are displayed on the website, yes they are.
  5. Confirm that you have contact information visible on your website, I do.

These are the main criteria, and so far, with the exception of the revelation I shared in point 3, I have fulfilled all requirements, so we will see what the results are later today, I will keep the post updated with any movement.

My point with regard to the above is that although the terms are set out quite clearly the error message that you get back is a little vague, it simply is.

Now you may very well be thinking that if I press learn more that all my problems will be solved but sadly no, it simply takes me to the channel configuration page that I saw previously.

You did previously bang on about Google free training, what about that?

Well, yes I did, and frankly I have not completed anywhere near as much of the advice that I gave in this post and so I cannot say if the answer to the question lies within, I would suspect however that it probably does.

So I will start looking at the training material and see if it comes true, but bear this in mind, if you are starting a business that requires stock, as ours does, there is an investment that is sitting in your house/warehouse/Amzon Shelving, that is losing money, in our case particularly these are perishable items, they need to be sold and consumed within a finite amount of time, Ok this is quite a lot of time but still….

Work Hard not Fast

So in complete contrast to the above statement, I want to say that the chances are the majority of people starting these types of business have been sold a lie and are desperate for a change in lifestyle,

The lie that is sold is by thousands of marketing online guru’s that plague the internet selling their wares like an old west snake oil salesman, you cannot make a million overnight it just won’t happen, and give that I am now some months into the process most of them advocate I can assure you that it is far from easy or quick to get to where they are, but that info just isn’t glamorous is it?

You do have to keep plugging at what you are doing, blog writers such as myself keep writing knowing that the chances of anybody reading this far down are next to zero, in fact the first person to comment in on this post will receive a free bottle of vitamins from my company with the greatest of pleasure, but only the first lol, I am trying to make money not give it away, hehe.

Don’t let the apparent lack of progress stop you, if you keep trying it may not work, sure but if stop trying it will definitely not work.

5 Ways I drive Traffic to my site – Read On!

So I’ve been experimenting today and yesterday with varying ways of advertising,  you could have literally the best product in the world but if nobody knows it’s there or they can purchase it well you know they ever gonna make any money, so listed below are the top 5 ways I drive traffic to my site read on!.

Oddly, Actually in order!!

  1. Facebook.com –   has to be the first one, however it should be noted that it isn’t a panacea,  frankly the ways of getting Facebook advertising into Shopify were so complicated and convoluted that it literally took the longest time of everything here, the linking of ad accounts, business accounts, that it wants to know who’s going to pay the bill (obviously) it is massively over complicated, and if I’m going to be completely honest 48 hours later I’m still actually no further forward, not strictly true but I haven’t set it up completely yet.
  2.  Google –  These two should have been joint first place,  and it could be argued that they do go hand in hand, but where they are similar mainly, is the fact that they are literally the go-to for their particular reasons so exactly the same as vacuum cleaners becoming known as hoovers because that was the familiar brand, social media has become Facebook,  and searching for stuff on the internet has become known as Googling which of course I don’t need to tell any of you,  this actually was fairly simple,  you add the sales channel,  then you add it to an account, you are given a merchant account and it then syncs all your products to google shopping search, this takes between 24 to 36 hours to start coming into effect,  so don’t expect to set this up and suddenly make a million and one sales,  there are also two ways of doing this,  there is the  unpaid version,  which is simply referred to as Google Sync,  and this simply syncs your products to Google pages to be suggested along with other purchase suggestions when people look for products,  and there is a paid version, Which is called smart shopping,  and this is as I say paid for and you require a budget and for that see my last post
  3. Additionally specifically through Shopify you can setup a sync to an eBay account,  of course this requires an eBay account and as at the time of writing my business partner is sound asleep and therefore I can’t get the account details to link it so when he calls I will update this post with those details as well, but I would imagine  and then it’s going to be simply using eBay’s API to pass advert and products across to their site on your account eBay again is a huge resource as far as selling  products is concerned because it is one of those go-to sites for consumers.
  4.  Instagram –  The old favourite,  this is where things start to get a little complicated, because you end up in a situation where you almost have a reciprocal and cyclical advertising loop, when you link to Facebook you have to remember that Facebook is inherently and natively linked to Instagram, my advice really is to make sure that you are not paying twice or setting up multiple advertising campaigns,  inadvertently replicating each other, be aware  that your business account on Facebook is also going to offer you the ability to advertise on Instagram and vice versa,  so when creating the sales Channel in Shopify bear that in mind.
  5.  Tumblr,  Pinterest,  Twitter,  Mix –  and indeed all the other photo and lifestyle sharing sites,  Although last on the list, they  are of massive importance,  however I don’t regard them as directly and purely marketing applications, the one thing we’re all trying to achieve, is brand awareness we all want people to know what our brand is, Where it can be found and indeed how good it is, it also doesn’t hurt to have many people using it  and speaking about it at length.

Now I have bored you to death!

 As I stated previously the social media Revolution has allowed anybody and everybody with the right tenacity and patience to make a lot of money online, it is now no longer the mutual domain of big companies with investment plans and a huge loan from the bank that can go on and make the money,  the only thing you require is the ability to keep pushing when it looks like you’re getting nowhere,  this business and indeed any online business is simply a matter of figuring out the Mathematics and equations,  literally if you build it and you tell them it’s there they will come.

Conclusion

So very short post this time just to keep people updated,  hopefully enough people care,  I appreciate the fact that a lot of my advice appears to be to not take people’s advice and to learn for yourself, the reason I say this is because there are too many people who have failed or who have tried to run a business and haven’t made it then go on to sell the process they used for great profit,  and I personally don’t like that.

STORY SO FAR – READ THIS!

We have launched a new company and I wanted to share here a couple of the things that have become apparent since launching, that I thought might help people who are trying to market stuff online, sell stuff online and generally improve their life, so without further ado, this is the story so far read this.

A plethora of mistakes

The first mistake we made was thinking that advertising or at least paying for advertising, was the answer,  it can be the answer but, it isn’t the only answer, there are plenty of companies who will provide clicks, views and even actual genuine human traffic but these are of little use.

The reason they are of little use is because the only traffic that is worth anything is organically Grown traffic, by that I mean traffic that has come from SEO,  free advertising,  and the judicial use of social media,

We have used social media, in fact, we are learning our way round social media now as we speak but the important thing I wanted to get across is, don’t think that you are going to start your business create your Instagram page do your Pinterest and suddenly you going to be a Millionaire, because it just ain’t going to happen,  the company has now been up and running on Shopify for over 2 weeks we have had just over 200 sessions, to put that in context it is advised on Shopify website that in order to receive your first 10 sales the average amount of sessions is 1800,  so you can see that we are some way off, you could be asking yourself did you not advertise? well we did, we have spent money with Facebook and we spent money with Instagram,  and all (so far)  to no avail.

Marketing is still fundamentals – learn what makes your customer tick!

The reason why, I believe anyway, is because we have failed to learn the fundamental lessons of online marketing, this isn’t an absolute science,  in fact it’s so far from a science it’s frightening if you like, Marketing is no longer the simple study of the psychology of your potential customers,  it is now literally working out who is going to have the biggest influence and asking them to do it for you, likes, follows, comments all the these are the only tools that really count, you can spend thousands on Facebook ads that appear for a second in somebody’s news feed you can literally promote the living s*** out of a Facebook post or a Instagram post all to no avail as nobody has told these people to look at it, the sad reality is you will become a millionaire the moment you become popular or you attach a popular face to your products.

So what I’m really saying is all these products today are the same stuff that people have been selling for years, there are only really a few big companies that are providing this to smaller companies as a white label service for us to go out and try and sell for them, in fact actually if you really wanted to make money the best way to make would be to be one of these big companies, however the reason these big companies are there is because they have the Investment they have the space they have the land they had the knowledge and capital to provide the goods for us to sell,

 So how do we get round it? well, I’m certainly not the person for the job in fact actually as far as that is concerned neither myself nor my business partner are really the people to to market a company such as this as we are both virtual recluses, I love IT I work in it and I sit at home for hours on end on computers that isn’t a social person, and to be fair my business partners even worse so what do we do?

It’s not pretty but neither is failure

We go way beyond our comfort zone, that’s what we do that’s the only thing you can do there are lots of people making lots of money and you look at them, and question their sanity, wondering how they can do the things they do to gain popularity, I have wondered how they just don’t die of embarrassment but I am sure they are comforted by the money they make ,

All is not lost

So now that I’ve bummed you out with a little bit of reality I would like to share with you  my company website So that you may go and have a look for yourselves.

However in order to provide some kind of value which is what I’ve always wanted to do on this site I thought I’d put together a quick list of the things that we discovered since we started, that I think will serve anybody who is starting out trying to make money on the internet a lot better than some over wealthy cretin telling you how he makes £9,000 a second by squeezing an orange or something stupid like that.

  1. Everything costs more than you think it is going to,  there has not been a single aspect of this business, and I mean not a single aspect, that has cost as much as we thought it was going to, it is all cost exponentially more, the products cost more the time to receive them was longer, the cost of advertising was higher, the cost of time literally sat tried to workout programs and everything to advertise with was a lot longer.
  2.  You do not know how to use a program until you have tried to use it in Anger, sounds daft I know but the fact is I thought I had a very good grip on websites I thought I had a very good grip on HTML, I thought that Shopify would be a walk over,  I honestly thought that with my knowledge we would be absolutely fine, the reality was many many many nights sat up trying to work out what the hell I had to click what I had to press and what to put where to get this site to look how I wanted it to look and it’s still far from finished..
  3.  Not all advice is worth listening to, sounds daft again for this to be a bullet point at the end of what is a long diatribe of me banging on myself trying to advise somebody, however I do believe it is important, the fact is that there is going to be a plethora, an absolute Avalanche of advice and comments and blog posts and people trying to sell your services telling you that is the only way to go, listen, the fact is that the only way to go is to understand that you are not going to launch your service, business, blog, whatever the hell it is you are doing and next week be ordering your Tesla,  it just isn’t going to happen, but don’t despair, because if you allow yourself the time and you realise that looking at these programs, systems, services that are available to you through Google, YouTube all these places Instagram and so on,  you will soon realise that when you do something your actions have an almost immediate reaction,  what we found was that literally we would post something on Instagram and that post would equal (within the next half an hour to an hour) a certain amount of shop sessions, taking that information you look at what you’ve done, what you said, and who you said it to,  and frankly keep doing that if that makes your site busy, if you get sessions, or you get likes, if you get people starting to follow you then you doing it right don’t keep pushing a dead donkey literally look at what you doing if you ain’t working change it quickly.
  4.  Don’t be shy, Sounds like a really obvious one, and I get that but we were shy we are both shy in fact, that isn’t going to sell anything when Jordan Belfort was selling stuff to people he wasn’t shy, that’s how he managed to make as much money as he did, ok fair enough he did it wrong and he tried to steal money from people, which I hope you’re not going to do and certainly we don’t intend to do either, but the fact is that confidence and popularity sell, in today’s society that is literally it, if you are confident and you are popular enough you can literally tell people whatever you want and a good majority of them will either agree just to be part of that popularity or they will follow,  so if you are shy and you want to sell something then suck it up take a picture, post on Instagram and get over the fact that nobody honestly really cares what you look like or sound like.
  5.  Have fun with it,  if you are not enjoying what you are doing, or what you are selling you will not do it or sell it to the best of your ability, when something is a task to do we shy away from it we stop, we don’t put as much effort in as we should do, and we don’t double check everything because we’re glad when it’s over, if you are passionate about what you’re doing remember what you’re doing it for, if you’re setting up an ecological service or business that’s going to help save the Planet and you want to help save the Planet and you are into green ideology then do it you know you will be passionate about it, but don’t ever lose sight of why you started if saving the planet is what you want to do, then remember every single time you sit at that keyboard or you have to go through yet another zoom meeting the fact is that what you’re trying to do is save the Planet, if you like me are a staunch capitalist and you just want to make plenty of money enjoy your life, not interfere with anybody around you and leave something for your children when you’ve gone then keep that in mind don’t ever let that go always think whenever you think I’ve had enough I want to go home I want to switch this computer off, I want to finish, just remember why you’re doing it because why you’re doing it is what’s going to see you through to the end.

Frankly if you’ve made it this far then I am very impressed and I’m grateful that you’ve listened to my ranting for this long, my intention is not to upset anybody or not to try and act as if I’m some kind of Guru because frankly I’m not I’m far from it I’m still skint I’m still trying to make my way through this world, I’m still trying to build internet businesses and I am not really succeeding frankly, if I was I would have a lot more money and I haven’t, please don’t ever take anything I say as anything other than well-meaning advice, if you sit back and think about what you are doing, if you follow a specific goal that you are passionate about achieving no matter what that goal is, and if you believe in yourself and your own intuition in the face of potentially conflicting advice and instruction you will eventually make it somewhere,  but it isn’t going to be quick,  the links to my website or underneath please have a look and if you have any suggestions any thoughts let me know, we are going to embark on other ways of trying to get people to the site other ways of trying to attract business, looking at prices and that type of thing and as I go through I will fill everybody in as best I can on how I’ve managed to make it work if indeed I do, as I’ve always said I firmly believe the internet is vast enough at the minute (and certainly in my lifetime)  to not have to bow down to the traditional views of competition, we do not need to restrict information from our peers in order to make a vast amount of money we all together and by sharing of information become part of a circular supply and consumption model that the internet has brought civilization for the first time ever,  we can by helping each other, design and build and market businesses for a better future,  that will benefit consumers and benefit ourselves ok sure if everyone becomes a millionaire then £1000000 wouldn’t be a lot of money but I still like it compared to my current situation.
